Each product has its own warranty period, which is determined by the manufacturer and can be viewed on the product page of the website. The warranty period varies from 6 to 24 months depending on the product. The warranty covers defects or deficiencies that a product may have, but never those caused by misuse, negligence, ignorance or any other circumstance not attributable to the manufacturer.
In the event of problems with the product, you should contact us by email at comercial@renovablesdelsur.com, you will be assigned an incident number and you will be given instructions on how to send the product, along with a copy of the original invoice, to our facilities for analysis. If it is a product failure, the repaired product will be returned to you or replaced with a new one free of charge (shipping not included).
If repair of the Product is not covered by the Warranty, you acknowledge and agree that all costs and charges for testing, repair and/or replacement shall be at your expense.
NOTE: Any alteration, tampering or unsealing of the warranty items will automatically void the warranty.
Instructions for returning products to Renovables del Sur
To proceed with the return or repair of products in Renovables del Sur, you must fill out the RMA document and send it to comercial@renovablesdelsur.com with all the information completed. Our Customer Service Department will reply with the assigned RMA number, which must be included in the package to be sent.
All material must be sent to Renovables del Sur facilities with PAID CARRIAGE.
The guarantees do not cover the postage in any case and the shipment must be sent with a copy of this document.
Shipments that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Fill in all the information on the RMA document and send the form to comercial@renovablesdelsur.com.
You will receive an RMA number.
Attach this sheet to the package and note the RMA number.
A copy of the sales invoice must be included for warranty verification.
You will have 30 days to accept and formalize one of the proposed solutions, otherwise the equipment will be destroyed at no cost to the customer and without further notice. After this period, the right to claim will be lost.
The average repair time is 15 working days.
Upon receipt of the equipment, one of the following situations may occur:
a) The equipment is working properly: the customer will have to pay for the overhaul of the equipment. The cost will be 20 €. This service is not covered by the warranty.
b) If the device is not repairable, a new replacement device will be offered at a special price.
c) If the equipment is repairable, a repair estimate will be provided at a minimum cost of 20 €, depending on the equipment.
d) Destruction of the equipment at no cost to the customer.
