Shipping and Return Policy:

Shipping:

We ship to all of Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) and to the peninsular part of Portugal, using TIPSA, TXT, DHL and Rhenus Logistic transport agencies. The delivery time depends on the location and the goods being shipped. We can ship lithium batteries and certain products directly through the manufacturer's transport agency. Export duties are paid by Amiganet S.L. (Renovables del Sur) and import duties are paid by the customer.

It is not possible to pay cash on delivery.

The prices in our shop include 21% VAT, except for customers who register with billing data outside Spain and the Balearic Islands (the corresponding tax will be calculated before finalizing the order). Product prices do not include installation and assembly.

All shipments are insured. It is very important to follow the following instructions so that in the event of breakage or loss of the shipped product, it can be replaced. The goods will be delivered at street level to the address indicated by the customer, not including delivery inside the house or transfer to another place different from the one indicated. The carrier reserves the right to refuse a delivery depending on the conditions of access to the address.

The protocol for receiving the material from the customer is as follows:

  1. Upon receipt of the material, the customer must inspect the material on site or write "PENDING INSPECTION" on the carrier's delivery note.
  2. All packages received must be opened upon receipt. In case of breakage, it should be indicated on the delivery note of the transport agency, if possible, and an e-mail with photos and details of the shipment should be sent to comercial@renovablesdelsur.com within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
  3. After the 24-hour period, no claims for breakage or damage to the products can be made to the carrier.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If the customer does not note "pending verification" on the delivery note of the product, following the above procedure, the shipping companies will not cover the breakage or loss, and therefore Amiganet S. L. (Renovables del Sur) will not replace the damaged or lost material.

We are unable to process claims after 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped the day after they are placed, with delivery times ranging from 24 to 72 hours for the Iberian Peninsula. For all other destinations, please check shipping availability at comercial@renovablesdelsur.com or call: +34 954 318 800. Shipping may be delayed due to logistical or workload problems.

In the event that we have a stock problem and we cannot meet the shipping deadlines, a Renovables del Sur agent will contact you.

Returns

Returns should be sent to the following address using the RMA number provided by our technical support department, along with a copy of the purchase invoice and a sheet describing the failure or incident:

The rules of return (regulated by the law of 15/1/96, number 7/1996) are as follows:

  • The buyer has 14 working days to return the product. Returns will not be accepted if they are not in their original packaging, with the original manuals and in perfect condition, previously agreed with our Customer Service.
  • The delivery note or invoice issued by Renovables del Sur is valid from the date it is issued and is effective from the date of delivery to the buyer's home, for the period established by law.
  • Warranties longer than two years will be handled by the customer directly with the manufacturer.
  • The transport costs of the return will be paid by the buyer. Renovables del Sur will not accept any shipment that has not been previously agreed or that arrives freight collect.

To proceed with the return or repair of products in Renovables del Sur, you must fill out the RMA document and send it with all the data filled to comercial@renovablesdelsur.com. Our Customer Service Department will respond with the assigned RMA number, which must be included in the package to be sent. Once the product has been verified to be in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the value paid by the buyer, excluding shipping and customs charges.
