PWM Solar Regulators

PWM regulators are simple devices that act as switches between the photovoltaic panels and the battery to prevent misuse and generate system failures. These regulators keep the PV bales in sync with the battery voltage without any additional installation. For example, if the battery is 14V, the panels will charge the battery with a voltage of 14V.

When the absorption stage in the battery charge is reached, the regulator changes the intensity of the pulses and reduces the number of pulses per second of contact between the modules and the battery, thus preventing the battery from overcharging.

Some of the advantages of these regulators are their ease of use, light weight, and low purchase price. PWM regulators are available in sizes up to 60A and have a very long life, some have a built-in passive thermal cooling system. They are available in a variety of sizes and for a wide range of applications.
