How can I pay?
Credit card payment
Payment by credit card is made through Redsys, which has high security systems. Supports all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, 4B, Servired, Euro6000, etc. This method of payment does not involve any additional costs for the customer.
The process in detail
When you choose "Payment by card", the Redsys screen will appear, showing the reference of your order and the total amount to be paid. On this encrypted screen, you must enter your card details, which are known only to Redsys. Immediately the payment is accepted, Renovables del Sur receives it and we begin to prepare your order. Renovables del Sur will only have proof that the payment has been made.
You can make the payment in installments with "la Caixa"
We offer you the possibility of paying for your purchases in instalments over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, without interest or commission, thanks to the "la Caixa" credit card.
This instalment payment service is only available for purchases over €80 made with "la Caixa" credit cards.
How do I pay by instalment?
When you go to make the payment, select the payment method "card payment".
When you enter the payment area and pay with your "la Caixa" credit card, you will be offered the option of paying in instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months, or not paying at all.
If your card is not from "la Caixa", you will be able to make the payment, but you will not be able to split it.
All you have to do now is choose your preferred option and finish the process.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Many of our customers prefer to pay by bank transfer.
This is a completely secure operation in which your bank transfers an amount of money to the account of Amiganet S.L. (Renovables del Sur) account as payment for your order.
Procedure in detail:
At the end of the purchase process, select "Transfer Payment" and the screen will appear with the "Renovables del Sur Account Number", the "Order Number" as "Concept" and the "Amount to Pay".
You will need to contact your bank and make a bank transfer with these details.
Once your payment has been confirmed (in a few hours), you will receive an email informing you that your payment has been received and we will prepare your order for shipment. We advise you to send us proof of payment to info@renovablesdelsur.com
Notes:
Your bank details will only be known to your bank. Renovables del Sur will only have proof that you have made the payment correctly.
Cash on Delivery Payment
You will need to pay for your order at the time of delivery.
It is necessary to have the exact amount of the purchase ready as the courier will not have change.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available for some items and locations.
Renovables del Sur has the highest security measures available.
The payment process is carried out on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted in encrypted form using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it can only be understood by the client's computer.
In this way, the use of the SSL protocol guarantees that:
- That the client communicates his/her data to the Renovables del Sur server and not to any other.
- That the data transmitted between the client and the Renovables del Sur server will be encrypted, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.
Likewise, Renovables del Sur declares that it does not have access to or store sensitive data related to the payment method used by the Client. Only the corresponding payment processing company has access to this data for the purposes of managing payments and collections. Once the purchase process has been completed, a Confirmation will be generated, an electronic document which formalises the contract and which the client may print.
