Shurflo automatic diaphragm pumps are used to transfer and increase pressure up to a maximum of 7 bar and 23.5 L/min depending on the model.
They are all self-priming and have a long service life. Automation of these models is accomplished by an adjustable pressure switch built into the pump body that controls the start/stop of the pump or by an internal bypass to prevent hydraulic overload.
Shurflo pumps are used in a wide variety of applications where size, chemical resistance or ease of maintenance and service are important requirements due to their high technological value, reliability, durability and the wide variety of construction materials available.
Examples of applications can be mobile machines for liquid circulation, road rollers, road sweepers, agricultural vehicles, etc...
They are usually installed with a 5 or 20 liter accumulator, which allows a small water reserve to avoid continuous starts; in applications such as home pressure groups, the installation of the accumulator is necessary.
